The front chuck side-shift design helps shorten tail material and improve material utilization. For suitable cutting conditions, tail material can be reduced to about 50 mm, depending on tube length, part layout, and cutting plan.
For longer finished pipes, the support force is more balanced and clamping is more stable, helping improve cutting quality and dimensional accuracy.

Servo Follower Support
The ST2 uses servo follower devices with centering support to help keep long tubes stable during cutting. The support system reduces sagging, improves alignment, and helps operators process long or slender tubes more efficiently.
