FE-BT Exchange Machine Features
Automatic Exchange Platform
The exchange platform uses rack and pinion transmission for stable and efficient table switching. It allows sheet loading and unloading to happen outside the cutting area while the machine continues cutting on the other table.
For suitable configurations, table exchange can be completed within about 8 seconds, helping reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
Double Fully-Automatic Pneumatic Chucks
The dual pneumatic chuck system supports automatic clamping and rotation for tube cutting. It helps hold round tubes, square tubes, and rectangular tubes securely during cutting, improving tube cutting accuracy and efficiency.
Heavy-Duty Welded Machine Bed
